My therapeutic style is largely guided by the following approaches:​

  • Parts Work Therapy: An approach that explores and harmonizes the various internal "parts" of your personality to foster integration and healing.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy: A mindfulness-based approach that encourages embracing thoughts and emotions while committing to actions aligned with your core values.

  • Existential TherapyThis approach invites you to explore life’s deepest questions—meaning, purpose, freedom, mortality, and responsibility—by integrating your personal beliefs and values into the healing process. It helps you cultivate authentic living, resilience in the face of uncertainty, and a renewed sense of connection to yourself and the world.

  • Mindfulness-Based Therapy: Mindfulness practices to cultivate present-moment awareness and reduce stress, ultimately fostering emotional and cognitive well-being.​

  • Emotion-Focused Therapy: A humanistic approach that guides individuals in exploring, understanding, and transforming their emotional experiences to foster healing and growth.

  • Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy: An evidence-based approach that helps individuals identify and modify negative thought patterns and behaviours to improve mental well-being.​​​

Credentials

I attended medical school from 2012-2019. I also holds a Honours Degree in Psychology, and a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology. 

​

My unique blend of experience and education fuels my understanding of the intricate connections between mental well-being, physical health, emotional stability, and overall quality of life. My knowledge of the art and science of well-being informs my therapeutic style which is rooted in a holistic framework, allowing for more comprehensive and integrated care tailored to your unique needs.

​​​I am currently licensed with The College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).
